**For health and safety reasons items returned to us will be destroyed**
Here is our our No Hassle return policy works:
- Contact our support team using the Contact Us page or by emailing info@zenithpeak.com
- Our support team will get back to you in a few hours and will issue you a pre-paid mailing label.
- Once your items have been received and inspected a full refund will be made. Depending on your payment method it may take up to 14 days for the funds to be added back into your account (we don’t have control over this time frame) and in most cases the funds are back in your account within a few days.
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that prepaid return labels are provided on a case-by-case basis. If the return is due to an issue on our end—such as sending an incorrect or damaged product—we will absolutely send you a prepaid mailing label.
However, if you’ve decided to return the product because you don’t like the product, the taste, or for any other personal reason, then the cost of the return shipping label would need to be covered on your end.
